"Farm Cottage is the most perfect dog-friendly haven, and Pat has thought of everything to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Talking of comfort, the beds are incredible - haven’t slept that well in a long time - and the bath was great. There are shops only a short drive away, so many beaches nearby and my dog loved the wide open fields right outside to explore. It’s very quiet and the stars at night are incredible. Highly recommend, I would happily return to stay again. "

We already knew that 13th beach golf course was one of the best around so we had fairly high expectations of their accommodation and we weren’t disappointed.
A spacious studio style with king bed, lovely bathroom and good amount of storage and bench space.
Coffee pods for a cuppa.
Small little verandah area to sit outside.
Breakfast was ok but included in the price so all good.
20 minutes from the stadium so good choice.

"The home was well layed out in a quiet part of Barwon Heads. All amenities provided, fresh modern decor and comfy beds. It was well suited to us — three friends with two dogs but is also a great place for couples or families. Would love to go back and spend more time there. Not far to walk to the river and boardwalk with beautiful bird song. Lots to do in Barwon Heads and surrounds as well "
"Cosmetically ok, fundementally flawed. Its a dungeon under the rear of the home above.
Every footstep in the home above is audible, no air con controls, no TV antenna, Wifi switched off 2 nights out of 3, bathroon way too narrow (hit your head on opposite wall getting off the toilet), unsafe wiring to kitchen area, wardrobe in kitchen, fridge and microwave in living space, no site plan to show that the door is under the rear of the house. Government photo ID demanded for all occupants AFTER property booked and paid for."
