"It is a great place. Apartment located on level 5 with only 2 other apartments on that level. Apartment adjacent to lift and parking spot in upper basement right next to lift. Has a reasonable view of the lake. Has good shower, comfortable bed, great heating and blinds all around for privacy as there are lots of surrounding apartments. Also really close to many restaurants on Kingston Foreshore. Within walking distance of Kingston which has a Supabarn supermarket."

"Quite tricky to find the letterboxes and more so to find the parking space - there's no logical numbering in the basement carpark. The apartment was modern and spacious - great to have 2 bathrooms for 4 people. Very nice view from the balcony overlooking the gardenwelm maintained gardens"

"The property with parking which is well located for sight-seeing and recreation is very well presented and of a good size. It is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, great TV and most amenities for a short stay. Would recommend. "
