The pool, small market and Starbucks.

Overall positive. Our cottage was missing some key signs (like using the button to enter and exit to the pool) and a few towel racks and toilet paper roll holders were loose. Overall seems like the condo was due for a quick update, but nothing that truly hindered our stay. Front desk worker wasn’t the most friendly but gave us what we needed when we called about the alarm. Maintenance also came to fix one of the broken towel racks while we were out. So overall positive and would stay again.

This is our 3 time here. This was probably my worst experience.

The first room we were allocated was just cleaned and there was an extreme smell of ammonia and bleach, instant headache and eyes burning. The supervisor started to become defensive then realized he was wrong and apologized, we were issued a new room. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean, however they have the old style noisey AC units that wake you up everytime they kick in. This hotel has way too many doors and hallways to access your room which slam very loudly. When you use the elevator please note there is no AC so it feels like 90 degrees inside, if you get stuck inside one could be dangerous. Overall it is a great place for families with small kids, the water play park looked awesome. We went to the breakfast but it was super crowded so we left and went to Kekes. It was a clean stay but not a relaxing one. Would not stay again.
