The location was excellent, and the stay and service were also very good. However, the hotel’s condition was quite poor. Many areas looked neglected and seemed to lack proper maintenance. Some parts even appeared abandoned. I will be back great expirience

The property was clean but not well maintained. There was no air conditioning for the entire time I was there, luckily the temperature outside was cool so we just left the windows open the entire time. 3weeks later and I still haven’t seen my security deposit. Roomer around town was that the new owners have let the resort “go to pot” and I can totally believe that.

The mattress was very uncomfortable hotel needs renovation asap.i will never visit this resort ever, or will i recommend anyone to visit it. And I Am Being Very Generous with my review. First of all, be prepared that they do have a main lodge and 4 different lodges that are located about 1 mile away from the main area. The room was nice and spacious, but there was no coffee maker, nor were there any tea or coffee facilities. Although there was a kitchen, it lacked pots and pans for cooking. AC was not working, Remote control was not working. Everything there is very outdated, and it seems like nobody cares. And one more thing the so-called queen beds are in fact full-size beds.

Very disappointed stay here a lot but this time we were forced to stay in building 5 our jacuzzi didn’t work for the 5 days we stood when we checked in our room had something in freezer busted and no e cleaned it no utensils no ironing board or iron what a happened to this place use to be our favorite but falling apart more and more no water pressure in shower
