Great winter getaway!
Our family from across the country meet for a winter getaway. This property had plenty of rooms and baths to accommodate the entire group and there was lots to do in the area. The host was very responsive to my questions and was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend both the host and the property!

Great host and spacious home for the family
Start with the host Matt, He was quick to respond to messages and instead responed bavk went ahead and gave me a phone call back. The Home was really spacious for my family and all of us to have are own space. The kids enjoyed the pool. Matt's home will be the first house I will check to see if it's available when staying in Havasu.

Family Vacation
A fantastic home and location! Every bedroom has a balcony or patio with awesome views of sunrises, sunsets, mountains, Lake Havasu, and the golf course. Plenty of room for a large family to have privacy and great areas to bring everyone together. House is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. We never stay at the same place twice, but we will break the rule for this one!

Great stay at a wonderful property!
We stayed here in January and loved this house. The view of the lake and of Havasu in general is amazing. The large family room is so comfortable with the rows of recliners (that are also heated and massaging!) and the room has wall to wall windows so you can sit relax and enjoy the view. It is just up the hill from the roatary park, so close to many amenities. The owner Matt was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs. Our family will definitely come back to this property.

Great for large family getaway.
The house was perfect for us! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The kitchen/great room is great for mealtime and relaxing. There are 8 recliners in the upstairs couch! Everyone had their own comfortable spot which was great. Well-equipped for a fun family and friend gathering. Owner, Matt, was responsive and available for a few operational questions. We will definitely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations!
We stayed at Matt's house with two other families for a much needed end of summer getaway. The house exceeded our expectations and Matt was easily accessible for any issues that did arise. There was a minor issue when we first arrived as the downstairs wasn't fully cleaned. Matt answered quickly and the cleaning ladies showed up promptly. I am easy going and this miscommunication with the cleaning crew did not bother me as it was swiftly taken care of. Besides, with the size of the house... we couldn't even tell that they were cleankng

Great vacation home for families
Beautiful rental home, prime location and great floor plan. The check in/out process was easy and owner was very friendly and attentive. The home is perfect for multiple families with each main bedroom having privacy and its own full bath. The beds were very comfortable and the living room sofa was amazing to relax in after a day on the lake. The pool and patios were a bonus for our large group. Plenty of house and pool towels and even a king size air mattress was available for use. The views/serenity of the golf course and lake made this vacation home a win! I would not hesitate to return or recommend this VRBO home to family/friends. Thanks for a great vacation.

The most relaxing stay i’ve had in a while!
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in great condition, and worked as expected. Matt has excellent communication. The neighborhood was beautiful, and the views from the roof are breathtaking! The proper is also 10 minutes or less to most parts of the city. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Very nice, comfortable property!
This is a very nice property. Lots of space and plenty of rooms. Very well furnished both inside the home and outside patios. The new pool and spa system has some kinks to be worked out but the owner was very responsive to requests. The pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there which was nice because the wind was really bad. The only down side was that the owner lives on the east coast so anyone who might be a late night owl, might need to wait till morning to submit issues. Fortunately, we are not night owls and were able to get a rare few issues resolved quickly. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked with upgraded cookware, which was very nice. Cooking with cheap pans is a nightmare. Linens and towels are also upgrade. There's plenty of parking space as well. We played the east golf course, which this house is on and had a great time. It's a nice golf course and very forgiving, luckily for me. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful Home with Fabulous Views
Our family spent a week at this home and couldn’t have been more pleased. Definitely enough room for everyone and then some. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing week away and this hit the spot. The rooms are spaced out in the home so everyone has their own space and a bit of privacy while all staying together. The kitchen and bbq were well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and beverages to enjoy on one of the many patios/decks. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily and the owner was extremely easy to work with and made sure everything was heated and running to fit our schedule. If you are considering this home, you will not be disappointed.

Home away from home
We were extremely pleased with the ambience, comfort and amenities provided at this property. An open plan with well-ventilated rooms was a treat! As you sip your morning coffee, beautiful views of the golf course, lake and sprawling homes in the neighborhood catches your eye. A well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils made cooking a pleasure! We also enjoyed barbecuing at the patio and lazing in the hot tub. The owner was easy to work with and communicated promptly when we had questions. You should have no second thoughts about booking this holiday retreat, a home away from home!
