Only hot water to shower. Laundromat appliance do not work. Filthy master bath rugs.
The pictures look fantastic. As it merits it for a gorgeous property. But, in reality the water pipes only release hot water to bath. We all had to shower with hot water. The rugs are dirty. I, myself got stabbed in my foot with a piece of bone that was in the master bathrooms dirty grey rug. I called Denise who is in charge and she just brushed it away. The master bedroom does not have any curtains to block the morning light or rays of the sun in the bedroom. Hence, causing the morning light to beam on the face. The pool is very small. The pictures show it as it if its a good size pool. Well that is not the case. The place is very pretty. But it definitely needs attention. We stayed there for 5-days. Imagine coming from the river and needing a well deserved shower, and not being able to because the water comes out hot. Question is how can I get 30% of our money back for such discomfort. Another question is, how are their towels, linings, comforters, and rugs being washed if the washer machine and clothes dryer does not work?

Most Beautiful Havasu home yet !
This house was amazing ! So open and roomy in every area of the home. The back patio and pool area was set up nicely. Everything worked, we had zero problems at all. It was so nice to not have to call to get something fixed for once. I give this home my highest recommendation.

Hi Bruce, your property was absolutely stunning! We used the hot tub and outside fire everyday. It's in a great location, getting to downtown easily! It's was great having 3 separate bathrooms. It was also great having so many tvs. In a nut shell, it exceeded all of our expectations. Thanks for making our first Vrbo trip a wonderful experience!!! Wendy

Fabulous Vacation Home in Havasu!
This house was perfect for our vacation. A few highlights: - The sheets were silky and the towels soft. - The house was immaculate! - The pool was cozy and fun, the perfect temperature for relaxing and cooling off. - We enjoyed a meal using the BBQ. There was also a fire-pit, but we never used it due to the climate. - The rooms were spacious, including large closets, showers and bathrooms. - The whole house felt modern and new with very pleasant artwork. - The couches were large with comfy cushions. - The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. - The air conditioning was on full-time, cooling the house to the point of feeling amazing after a day out in over a hundred and ten degrees. - When we arrived, there was a problem with one door, but the owners immediately sent a handyman to fix it! - We could park our truck in the garage and our boat next to the house. My whole family really enjoyed our four-day stay in this well-cared for home. 5 stars for everything!

Amazingly beautiful and clean property!!
This property is incredible. Bruce reached out to me as soon as I booked and was very easy going and easy to talk to. Check in process was simple. My brother in law got there with his family before I did and it was easy to let him know how to access the property. When we got there it was everything we imagined from looking at the pictures and more. Very high end property we felt like we were living like the rich and famous lol. Kitchen was huge and had everything you needed. Rooms were super clean, the pool was immaculate. Back yard setting with fire pit and hang out areas and the view from the wrap around balcony leading from the master bedroom really made our stay something to remember. I will definitely be booking here again as our trip and stay here was perfect. Thank you so much for having us Bruce and thank you for being so awesome throughout the process

Nice property but poorly managed.
The property was nice but a neighbor had to let us in the property as the key pad did not work. We had arranged a late check out with the property manager ahead of time but it was not discussed with the neighbor who let us in. The day of check out the neighbor basically came over and told us it was time to leave. I tried to explain to her what i had negotiated with the property manager but she was not listening. If she was managing my property i would have fired her immediately.

Simply Amazing
First I would like to say how accommodating Bruce and Mindy were! They really cared about us enjoying our stay! This home shows true pride of ownership. Bruce and Mindys property is amazing, beautifully decorated and perfect in every way! From the minute you drive up you feel like your have arrived at your own resort! Then you enter the property and it’s very open with a great living room with a huge flat screen TV to enjoy movies with your family or sporting events. The kitchen is a chefs dream equipped with everything you need with a very large pantry! The dining room has a large table where we had great dinners and played lots of games! The bedrooms are great size and have there own bathrooms which is nice for the kids! The master suite is the entire upstairs with amazing views with beautiful sunsets. The backyard is perfect with a Nice pool and jacuzzi all automated so you don’t have to do anything but press a button! It has a great fire pit and was perfect to have a drink and conversation after your day on the lake! All we have to say is this house is amazing and we will definitely be returning soon! Just Perfect!
The house we selected was perfect! It was in a great area, beautiful views of the lake and golf course, Very well furnished and clean. Kitchen is very large for cooking and entertaining with retractable doors that open up to the patio and pool area. We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house, the whole family enjoyed their stay, great communication with the owner , he provided us with all the necessary information that we would need, the house it’s well equipped with all what you need , very clean, beautiful design, great location , promise if you stay in this house you won’t be disappointed, it will meet your standards and beyond , the pictures don’t give it enough credit , wait until you get there and see for yourself what the house has to offer . Family Visit to Lake Havasu
This property is even better than described. Our family enjoyed the end of our Spring Break in the Southwest at this home. It was over 100 degrees during our stay, and we spent each day in the beautiful pool and patio space. There was no reason to leave. The master bedroom suite is huge with awesome views. The 2 bedrooms on main level are very nice and worked great for our children. The home is decorated with great care, with high end and comfortable furnishings. Everything you need is provided - including great beach towels for the pool It is located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood around a golf course with good proximity to everything in the area. There is a nice park a short distance away where we played soccer each evening when it cooled down. The owners were fast to respond to our communications and were incredible to work with. We look forward to visiting again!

Our own private resort!
Was a little nervous about renting this property because it was pretty new and had no reviews. It was our first family trip since right before the shutdown last year and I wanted it to be special. I am SO GLAD we went ahead and rented this house! We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years all over the US and the Caribbean. This property was by far the best stocked. Bruce had everything we could possibly need- it was just like home. Everything was top of the line - from the toilet paper to the beach towels. He even had a selection of coffee (ground and K cups) and Tupperware for restaurant leftovers (which you almost never see.) The linens were all exquisite and the place was spotless upon our early arrival, which Bruce went out of his way to arrange. We had a huge Smart TV for watching family movies in the evenings and made s’mores around the fire pit. Loved the huge island and dining table for family dinners. Our favorite part, by far, was the backyard pool area. We had the pool heated and it was like bath water! My daughters loved the Baja shelf in the pool for tanning and the hot tub felt wonderful in the cool evenings. We made frozen drinks every day at our own Tiki bar with the brand new Ninja blender. Will always think of Lake Havasu City whenever I have a frozen strawberry daiquiri!😊. Bruce and his local host Denise were super responsive if we needed anything. Couldn’t have been nicer. If you like luxury lodgings, beautiful resort-like pools, and friendly accommodating hosts, this is the house for you ! Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Arizona. Thanks so much, Bruce.

From the very start, this was a great experience. Bruce was a great great person to deal with and his property is better than advertised. You won’t be disappointed with the beautiful, large home or the outside entertainment area. We had kids from 5-8 and plenty of adults, the property was perfect for all. The home is very clean and can accommodate whatever you can throw at it. We had a 35’ motorhome that we were able to park on the side of the building and had 50 amp service. Like I said, this property will accommodate whatever. I can’t speak highly enough of the property owner. Super helpful and kind.
