Great home for family reunions!
Argh, Matey! Tis be the best pirate house in all th' seven seas! Avast yer lookin' at other... OK, we can't keep up with the pirate talk through this whole listing, but keep reading! Pirate's Paradise is made for family fun and we've got the pirate/nautical theme throughout the entire place! The 4200 sq ft "L" shaped house wraps around an amazing entertainer's backyard - a huge pool with a large baja step for the little ones, a waterfall grotto so you can soak in the cool shade, a conversation area and outdoor Kitchen and you can even swim up and sit at the counter and be served a burger from the huge in-ground outdoor kitchen. There are plenty of chaise lounges for sun bathing but, after late morning, the long covered patio area is in full shade.
The main house has a large great room with a good sized kitchen that's fully equipped (even for a turkey dinner), a large dining table, a cozy living room with a 65 in TV above the fireplace and a game room with a shuffleboard and pool table - all in one big space. Pirates love their "together" time!
Just off that is a great kids gaming and movie room that is stocked with over 40 pirate movies and books. Argh!! All little pirates be lovin' this! Sorry. Slipped into pirate talk again.
There are two large master suites - The Nautical Master and The Ocean Master. Both have king beds and each include a full sized futon couch.
We've also got three decked out bunk rooms for the mates - The Pirate's bedroom also has a King bed, Under the Sea sleeps 4 children or young adults. Sharky's Yacht Club, sleeps 4 children/
Add onto that our tropical casita with King bed and double futon with lots of privacy, king bed, kitchenette, TV, 3/4 bath.

Best Time & Best Stay
Our stay here was exactly as advertised and more! Perfect house - the layout fit our group perfectly even though we didn't use 2 of the smaller rooms. One couple decided to have a little more privacy and stay in adjacent Casita. The pool area with the grotto, hot tub and bar/grill got a lot of use. Loved how the large master suites opened up to the pool patio. The inside with large dining kitchen with the pool table had it all - even a separate refrigerator for more beverages. Everyone loved it. And dealing with Deb made everything so smooth. She was great - very friendly and quick with a response to any questions. Wish every place had someone like her to communicate with. Highly recommend and would definitely come back to stay here again!

Great for large group
The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 14. The rooms are spread out enough to have privacy, the bathrooms have great quality towels and extra amenities if anything was forgotten. The pool was a little cold even in the 100+ heat but there were plenty of floaties and places to sit in both the sun and shade. Nothing negative to say about the house and Deb was great to work with.

Just a great experience all around
The house was as described. The backyard pool was fantastic and actually pretty private for having a neighbor close by. The rooms were clean. The kitchen had just about anything you will need to do any cooking. The pool table was really nice and the extra fridge definitely came in handy. Deb was a great host, we will come back again.

Awesome place! Really cool pool set up!
We rented this place with 3 other families, with kids and adults of all ages. It was an awesome set up for our needs, and everyone loved the pool. The waterfall was a big hit. Our stay in Havasu was great, and I have nothing bad to say about the property. However, we rented a boat on a windy day, and if you choose to go to the lake while you're there I'd strongly recommend not going on a windy day.

Large family getaway
When we got there the inside was clean, but the outside and grill area wasn't cleaned. The casita would be the last place you would want to stay. No extra towels, bath mat, no utensils, ice cube trays, or coffee pot. Was so far away from the house compared to initial pictures with no sidewalk and no lighting outside. It was a great vacation house for our family with nice sized rooms. There were plenty of towels and everything you could need in the house for a family get together. Could use more blankets and different types of pillows. We had a great time with our family. Management was very helpful and considerate.

Very Bad experience
I had a really bad experience. Pool was supposed to be heated but it was not hot enough. I was charged for heated pool. Rooms were dusty and not clean enough. Property manager charged us because umbrella was not closed in the pool. Really ridiculous charges. No direct access to Casita from inisde the home. You have walk around the home out side to access Casita.

Amazing pool and sunken bar and grill
Wonderful place for children ,pool was spectacular when I asked for it to be heated because we were there when the days were between 60 and 70° and the pool was wonderful after they heated .beds were good lots of space there were only three things that concerned us ,one was the house is billed as a four bathroom but the fourth bathroom is in a separate section not even attached to the house, when you have a house that big and you can hold a large party of people the cooking Utensils should be large enough to prepare food for a large group there weren’t even any dishrags just three small towels ,the biggest pot held a gallon,And last and it really wasn’t a problem because the property manager was always quite accommodating but to get the waterfall to work you had to text the manager so that she could turn it on I never had that happen in all of the 24 places that we’ve rented in the past in various parts of the world. It also was just not as clean as other places that we have stepped into but we all know how to sweep and mop ,So you just do it when you have a toddler with you.
