The exterior and grounds are nice, our room seemed clean, and had the advertised amenities but was very bare bones and plain. Parking is very tight, but that wasn't a problem. The major disappointments that would keep me from ever returning are these: The awful, intolerable smell in our unit. I think it is some kind of heavy cleaner and I don't know if they were trying to cover another smell, but it was incredibly potent and was impossible to ignore. It kept me up at night. We flew home yesterday and it has penitrated all my belongings so now I have to wash even the clothes I didn't wear, and my toiletry bags etc. I hope it dissipates from my suitcase because I can't stand it. We were given an accessible unit which we did not choose when we selected our room. I would have probably passed on this hotel had I known that was the only option. The shower didn't have a proper shower head, only a handheld which had insufficient flow and was too low to stand under and hard to attach at an angle usable while hands free. The unit should have both a handheld option and a regular head if able-bodied people are to be placed in there. Our door latch didn't work properly and had to be wiggled, jiggled and rattled and eventually would unlock. It was stressful to deal with every time we wanted to come in. Staff said you just have to finagle it, but it really needs repaired, and from what we gathered, our unit wasn't the only one with the issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool, even though the temperature was quite warm. Room and bed was very nice and comfortable. The biggest problem during our stay was the lack of Internet connection. I wasn’t able to sign, after following the instructions. We stayed 2 weekends in a row and the internet wasn’t available either time.

I loved this little gem. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it could be.. pool in the complex (although we didn't use) and we got a room with Lake view. The one we got had a bedroom for the parents, one shared bathroom and a sofa bed for the kids with a slider door to a tiny patio up front if you chose it. Had a little kitchenette with the basics also (tiny refrigerator included). It was super clean and they even provided pool towels. The only thing is that the carport is small. We were barely able to fit our Ford SUV (closing the rearview mirrors) so if you have a big truck you may have to park off the street. Staff at registration was super nice too. Overall I highly recommend and definitely would go back.

Good location- close to launch sites and restaurants/food. Bed was a little soft for my personal taste and I’ve had to be purchased on site, but overall our stay was pleasant. Covered parking- but a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle.
