"Not a great stay. WiFi was challenging and kept disconnecting. Property was overall in poor condition, bedding was not very comfortable. We arrived less than an hour before check-in and even though the room was ready, we had to either pay for early check in or be charged a fee to hold the bags. Although it says it's near the train station, it's actually about a 20-minute walk. Would not stay here again."

"A great place to stay in Lucerne. It is walkable to the alt stadt area and train station is close. Quiet area despite being downtown. There is a parking garage that makes it very nice to be able to park and unload with your luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again."

"Great location and decent-sized room, but not set up for business travel. No iron, no steamer (but a hair dryer?!?) and no suitable chair or table aside from tiny wooden pieces almost suitable for schoolkids. Bed was quite hard. Having at least a steamer and a decent chair would be easy fixes to make this place much more suited for travel, particularly given that in Switzerland business attire tends toward the more formal. "
