"Booked two rooms for our stay. Both rooms smelt musty and needed some airing out, but they were very clean and tidy. Beds were hard. Shower in one room did not spray properly, water pretty much just poured out. Location was great for dining options. Easy drive to Hunter Valley Gardens."
