"we stayed in an upstairs terrace room. it was comfortable but definitely old and needing a refresh. It looks as though NRMA owns half the town so maybe they don't have to try too hard given the limited accommodation on offer. overall, am an enjoyable 2 night stay. "

"We checked in effortlesslessly and were happy to find on-site dining options. Food was fine. Very busy but friendly staff. Rooms were in desperate need of renovations but the bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular."

"It was a heritage property beautiful wood throughout The staircase is exceptional parting at the top intp two directions Huge dining room Wonderful location in this unique town The bedroom we giot was small but the bathroom was new and all in all comfortable"

"All in all, this is a nice place for an out-of-the-way location like Strahan. We were there only overnight so we probably would have been better off just booking a hotel room, but for a vacationing family on a budget, this would be a suitable place. The only real issue we had, typical in Australia, was spiders and cobwebs (and other insects) in the place, but the place was not overrun with them. Would stay here again under more appropriate circumstances."
