Home is located on a private cove on beautiful 530 acre Lake Grassy, Swimming, skiing , kayaking, Paddle boarding, boating etc. Just 5 minutes from Down Town Lake Placid FL. Less than a1/2 mile from grocery store. Two rooms have queen beds and one room as twin bunk beds. Large front porch, Rear deck overlooking the lake has Weber grill and Blackstone skillet. Boat Ramp on property.
