"We were in love with this little lake house instantly!! We had the best weather and the views from the house and the property were awesome. We loved the grassy yard and the sense of privacy. "I don't like to give negative reviews but this was the worst experience in vacation rentals I have ever had. The house was filthy! The mattresses were moldy, the kitchen didn't have hardly any dishes (2 plates for a house the can sleep 20). The treehouse floor fell through on one of our children. Luckily he was not injured. "This house is enormous and has a lot of decorations, furniture and supplies. I wish we could have used the huge furnished patio and the fountain. I only have a couple of concerns. First, there are some leaks and groans in the plumbing. Second, there is no light in the side yard where you let out the dogs. We were there on a dark, rainy night. It’s really a lovely accommodation. Wish we could have had the family with us to take full advantage of it."
