"The line to check in was very long and slow, a bit challenging on a very hot summer day. A few marks on painted floor but “basic clean.”"

"We only stayed for one night during a trip to visit family, but we were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the room and hotel, plus with the friendliness of staff. The breakfast buffet was superb, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"Very disappointing. Hotel deceptive on booking site as many facilities offered were not available. Definitely not ‘Nature’ Hotel. Hotel old building on busy road being renovated and was not finished. Rooms small and hot. Reception was 1k away. No staff on site except breakfast cook who could not speak English. Breakfast on first day was preprepared. Nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Towels thin and old. No bedside lamps, no kettle, no onsite cafe. However staff at reception were helpful and made numerous trips to hotel to solve problems, and Finnish cook on site did his best as well.staff went above and beyond their roles to try to make stay pleasant despite problems. Definitely not what was advertised on Hotels.com. And not worth the money. "

"No aircon, if you opened the windows there was wasps trying to come in. The windows could really use mosquito covers. Breakfast was minimal, selection poor. The beds were good and everything was very clean. Furniture on the hallway was old and broken..."

"A hotel situated inside a shopping mall is a first for me. Once I had found my way around I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to various shops and cafes. Parking on first floor is limited but plenty of space on the upper floor. Room was bigger than expected with kettle and tea/coffee."
