"I was very impressed with this hotel. My wife and I were here for an event at the Lynnwood Event Center which oddly enough was difficult to get to despite being right across the road. The hotel was modern, spacious, and the rooms well appointed with a great breakfast that you could either order or rummage for as a buffet. Staff were great and friendly and there was also a bar for evening drinks etc. Overall a nice stay. In common with most hotels these days, sadly, room service doesn't exist on a daily basis and you may have to ask for it at all times but not sure. Would recommend the hotel and it is not far from the new Light Rail extension to Lynnwood from SeaTac Airport/Seattle."

"This is a great place to stay if up in Arlington on business. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are comparable to much more expensive sites. It's going under renovations right now, so things aren't as put together as they usually are. I have no doubt when renovations are complete, this will be an even better place to stay though. Friendly staff, good service and right of I-5. "

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times this year! The staff is genuinely courteous at the front desk and other areas. Their employees seemed to always being busy at work and cleaning is a priority. I always commend the breakfast staff, as they keep the area clean and are always checking to insure adjacent food is hot/available. "

"There was a storm brewing from California-Oregon-Washington. It brought winds of over 50 miles per hour in some areas, as well ocean surges and high waves. The power flickered a bit but remained in tact throughout the hotel. I watched other larger complexes lose power. Blessed to feel safe as well as accommodated with Courtyard Marriott "
