"My sisters and I were in town for a wedding, and decided to stay in Braintree. The house was cozy and clean. The foosball table was a plus. My 10 yr old niece and her uncles had a great time hanging out. Would highly recommend this house to anyone thinking about staying in the area. It's less than 10 minutes from the highway and South Shore Mall. It also has plenty of parking spaces and Dunkin is down the street."

"I recently stayed at this fantastic house in South Weymouth Boston, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is a bit far from the city, especially if you don't have a car. But the train station is so close and convenient and so easy to use, and very cost effective. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and felt very cozy! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this house was great and made our trip to Boston truly memorable. If you're looking for a charming place to stay, look no further!"

"We all had an awesome stay at this location. The house, neighborhood and host were over the top! Amy stays in touch and provides any information needed pretty quickly. The house has everything 6 adults could need. Plenty of space for more than 6 people, with ample space to have some quiet time alone as well. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was good for walking and jogging. The weather was a tad chilly for the middle of Oct for people from FL, NM and ID, but I can imagine how much better it would be with slightly warmer weather. It sits right on the water and there's always something to see. It's also very easy to catch the "T" from Braintree station to downtown Boston. Overall, the best experience any of us had come across in staying at many VRBOs. You won't be disappointed. "

"I was looking for a comfortable, single family home for my 12 year old daughter and a friend of mine so that we would be within easy driving distance to the Quincy Train Station for traveling to Downtown Boston and also so it would be a close drive to Rhode Island. This was the perfect location and the house was charming, large enough to comfortably spread out for three people to each have some privacy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Although I never met our main host in person, his communications were very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The house was clean, modernized, and well-maintained. It is located in a very crowded neighborhood and the driveway is long and narrow. Even though houses are close together, it was truly quiet at night and we had no trouble sleeping. The streets in the area are also very narrow and traffic is heavy, but navigating around is not difficult if you have a good GPS. There are several good restaurants in the area and a grocery store is very close by. We were there in late August. The Central Air Conditioning worked well. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good base for traveling in the Boston area who doesn’t mind dealing with the intense traffic of a Boston suburb. The house is a peaceful oasis in the midst of an otherwise bustling location. "
