Es un hotel maravilloso con una ubicación fantástica y un servicio estupendo todo el staff siempre está al pendiente de ti y en ningún momento te sientes desatendido. Y lo mejor es la ubicación para poder esquiar. Recomiendo ampliamente tener un vehículo 4x4 para poder llegar.

We were here to ski Heavenly. Perfect location. Excellent shuttle service although we just walked from our building to Stagecoach lift. Its like a 5 min walk from our building (Cascade). Spacious villa, great amenities. We will come again.

staff was helpful and responsive to inquires and requests. We had a king bed suite in the Terrace bldg. Room was comfortable but had a couple of issues. 1. lightbulb was burned out, 2. no trash receptacle for kitchenette, 3. no toaster in room. Staff was informed and took care of issues.
