Very great experience. Upgraded our room for no extra cost, very friendly. Room was clean with newer to modern appliances. INFO: This INN is owned my hacienda next door and we were moved over there. Haciendas room was were we stayed

Walked in & walked right back out
We walked in, looked around, saw the window was left wide open enough for an entire human body to crawl in (& yes it was a room on the floor level), saw there was no AC whatsoever, saw the room was about 10x10 & walked right back out. It was terrible from the moment we drove into the parking lot. The biggest factor is how I was charged $300 for 2 nights at this motel that felt like it was used in a cheap film. No one at the front office, you had to drive into another motel parking lot & use their front desk service to check in. 0/10.

Not worth the money.
The heating was off, since it was end of summer, but it was 47 degrees at night. We had to ask for a room heater. The room was tiny, and cramped, as was the bathroom. The hair dryer was burnt out, the faucet on the sink loose, and there was no stopper in the sink to be able to gather water to shave. The TV came in fuzzy, so it was hard to watch anything. For the amount we paid, it was not worth the stay.

The heater did not work and it room didn’t seem very clean. For example The tv seemed like it hasn’t been even touched it was covered with dust.

Asking top dollar for an old place that hasn’t ever been updated since the 60’s is beyond me. The bed was lumpy. It only had a plug in portable heater. The water took forever to get hot. It appears they are upgrading but our place wasn’t and we should not have been asked to pay for something that wasn’t.

I booked under Pinewood in but the hotel is actually called the Hacienda Inn. Seems to be under construction. Traveling as a single female I did not feel safe there. Some black mold on the walls. No outlets for charging equipment. AC barely functioned. I also woke to a bear at my front door. Bear proof trash cans were not used.

Not sure why the property is open. It is clearly under renovation. There was no AC in the room as advertised, just a fan blowing hot air. Bed and room overall were so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping in my car both of the nights I had booked. Utilized the room for the bathroom. Would not recommend until construction / renovations are completed! ..side note the staff (front desk) at the hacienda for check in was awesome!
