"Had previously stayed here under the former Mount Blue name. New Bally's ownership had great costumer service. Everyone was quick and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are quite too. You could barely hear the other guests. Also pet friendly. That's always a plus for us when traveling. "

"Overall it was a good place to stay. Easy walk to all the places you would want to go. On the downside, they offer coffee in your room, but nothing to go in it. The bath towels are worn with holes. Stay away from the steakhouse. Definitely not worth the price. The food didn't even seem seasoned. "

"Check in was quick and easy , room was nice with a great view of lake Tahoe. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good ,but the price was a little high. 13.00 for a bloody mary, it was very good though."

"We got the king great room. Very nice and spacious with the most amazing view. Would rate this place 9/10. Everything was perfect. Only thing that could’ve made it better was if it was a 5 minute walk to heavenly village instead of 30. But I had a rental car so wasn’t an issue at all for us."

"Hotel is beautiful but does not have elevators. It sucked carry 6 luggage’s up 3 floors in 20 degreee weather. Overall beautiful hotel and centralized. "
