The hotel is modest but clean. What makes this place special is the extraordinary service and friendliness of Gustavo, owner of the property. It is also well located, just a couple of short blocks away from the main plaza. Restaurants, pharmacy, banks shopping, etc are just a few steps away.

Best stay in Puno

Excellent service and even better host, Gonzalo owner/operator and his staff go out of their way to provide the best service and attention, breakfast was nice and plentiful, They provided storage for my luggage upon checking out so I could still do a tour, Very satisfied and grateful.

Treated me like a family member when I was sick

I was only supposed to stay at this hotel for one night but I ended up staying for eight nights because I was sick and this family owned hotel treated me exactly like a family member when I was sick they cooked food for me and made sure That I was comfortable. Thank you so much for the great hospitality I will never forget it

Great hospitality, nice hotel in Puno!!

スタッフさんがとにかく親切でフレンドリーです。チェックイン時、他の宿泊者の方のチェックインに時間が掛かっていたようで待っていたら、物凄く丁寧に謝ってくれました。またチェックアウトの際には、タクシーの手配をお願いしたら、雨が降っていたにも関わらず外まで見送ってくれました。 Wi-fiはフロアごとに接続が分かれていて良好、シャワールームなどの部屋の設備も非常に使いやすかったです。 他にも、フロントでヘアドライヤーを借りられたり、共用エリアでお茶やコーヒーが用意されていたりして、一泊だけの滞在でしたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。

Economic HOSTAL in central location

The owner Mr. Gonzalos was excellent. He allowed us late check out and assisted in arranging our tours. Good break. Room was adequate. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the church and main road. I would definitely stay here again. Also, it is next to BOLIVIA CONSULATE, in case you need visas. Once again, Than you Mr. Gonzalos for making our stay very pleasant.

Welcoming hostel

Very friendly welcome and immediately phoned a tour operator for us, to sort a possible problem. Big room. Just chaos the next morning when lots of people needed breakfast at the same time to go on a tour. Great location and very helpful owner .

Great host who made the difference

南米でこのアプリを使って20数ヶ所の1500～3500円くらいの中堅ホテルに滞在してきましたが、このホテルが一番でした。 残念ながら南米でサービスの概念を理解しているホテルはほとんどありませんでしたが、ここのオーナーは日本のサービスと同じ考え方をお持ちです。 旅行会社も経営しておられ、かなりビックなオーナーです。 南米は心配と考えてらっしゃるかたも多いでしょうが、あなたが滞在したら、最大限のバックアップをしてくれます。 もちろん、暖かいお湯、トイレットペーパー、石鹸、キッチン、調味料は標準装備ですのでご安心ください。 ひろに紹介してもらったよ！って言えば喜ぶと思います笑

Great value for the money

This is a nice, basic hotel in Puno and is hard to beat for the price. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is incredible! The staff was really friendly.
