Location was good, cabin was not.
Old large dusty cobwebs inside and out. Mice droppings in the kitchen and bathroom. Definitely not recommended.

Comfy Cabin with large fenced in yard
We enjoyed being cozy in the snow here! The yard was bonus for my dog and daughter. Loved that we felt isolated but were close to town, surrounded by lots of trees, on a dirt road with neighbors not on top of us. We had all we needed to make our stay comfy!

A Cozy and Peaceful Cabin
Overall it was a great property to spend some quality time with family. Property was well kept. I could tell that there was quite a bit of dust in the cabin because my wife had an allergic reaction. Cabin was also a little smaller than expected. Other than these couple of things, it was great!

Peaceful and relaxing
Spent the weekend on our first trip to the area with our dogs. Everything as advertised. Very comfortable. Host was very gracious. Dogs did not want to leave that yard when it was time to go. Will book again.

Wonderful place
Our plan back in August was to find a place in Pinetop and hoped there would be snow for our pups to romp. Well not only did the weather cooperate but the house was great. Had all the amenities one could want. Owners must love coffee!! Very comfy throughout. The guys who manage it are also very responsive. Thanks for having us!!

Amazing Stay
I felt like we found a gem. The property is absolutely adorable, you really get that “cozy cabin” feel and it was stocked with plenty of things for cooking and other amenities. We had a few very minor issues with some items upon check in but the property management team was super responsive and helpful so we were able to get those resolved very quickly. This place was also awesome because i felt like we got a good amount of privacy while still being in the vicinity of the main roads and some of the parks and lakes. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting a cozy stay!

Upscale neighborhood with a nice back patio and grill
Beautiful lot with an A Frame cabin. This is someones home so it is well stocked with nice appliances and dishes. The television in the master bedroom upstairs only plays DVDs. The cleaning people are doing a good job, but not great. We saw an Elk and a wild horse walking by and beautiful Stellar Jays.

Spiders and spider webs
Everything was great accept for the infestation of spiders . Truly have never seen so many spider webs short of a haunted house. Property needs a professional pest control service to clean the huge amount of spider webs mostly on outside front and back porch areas. They are starting to get inside the house also . Had to kill five spiders inside house. Should not rent a place in that condition.

Everything we were looking for!
We had some specific that we wanted for our trip/cabin: 1- large fenced area for the dogs to run 2-off the beaten path yet close to local necessities 3- loft (because 6 year olds think stairs are the neatest thing) 4-fireplace for a cozy evening 5-reasonably priced This property had all that and more. The kitchen was well stocked and set up thoughtfully. Coffee maker/espresso maker and the essentials were available. The deck on the backyard was a great place to enjoy Am coffee and dinner while the dogs and kiddo got to run around the yard. The fireplace was heavenly. Use of the laundry area was a huge bonus as the ground still had some mud/snow from the recent storms. We got to watch the elk graze in the front yard. We brought a small issue to the owners attention and it was taken seriously and handled promptly and professionally. We are looking forward to another stay in the future.

Great cabin getaway
Cabin was perfect for our small family for a quick weekend cooling off getaway. Definitely felt like we were hidden in the woods. Beds and sofa sleeper were comfortable. Verizon cell coverage was basically non-existent so we relied on the internet while in the house to load directions before leaving. Although the internet is best used for light surfing but we did not go up there to use the internet so it wasn’t an issue for us. If you are planning on doing anything that requires a fast connection you’ll want to know ahead of time. Owners were great with communication before heading up and even provided great directions for us since we would be arriving in the dark since it really is pitch black there. Fenced yard was fenced but there was a section where our dog could have gotten out so we were unable to let him roam around/play without a leash so that was a little disappointing. It looked like the garbage truck at some point had gotten stuck in the gravel driveway and made large deep tracks getting in/out creating a large gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground. I docked a star on the accuracy of description for this as we had chose this cabin because of the fenced yard thinking we’d be able to let our dog off leash. Kitchen had everything we needed with nice new appliances. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, travel shampoo & soaps. Cabin was very clean. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

First stay in Pinetop
Amazing cabin & had a great time!! We enjoyed the cabin more than Pinetop itself. This was our first time to Pinetop. Cabin had everything we needed.. beds were very comfortable and our two young kids loved the bay sitting window looking out into the forest. The yard & deck was perfect for hanging out & kids played in backyard picking up pinecones & digging & playing hide and seek amongst the trees. Our dogs had a blast too and were welcomed by the neighbors dogs visits thru the fence. Kitchen had everything we needed & lots of games too for the kids. It was a very nice place to stay.. would definitely recommend and come again!

Super relaxing. Also elk!
Just as described... very peaceful and private. great for dogs. We visited in early October and we could hear a couple elk bugling like crazy just into the forest across the road in the mornings - very cool!

Great Location & Super Cute!
The property was easy to find and access. it was nice to be in a remote location, but it was less than 10 minutes to the grocery store and other establishments. The cabin had everything we needed and it was spotless. I appreciate that they do not use any air fresheners and the cabin had no weird smells. We will definitely rent this cabin again in the future.

Beautiful cozy cabin in a nice quiet location
My husband and I and our German shepherd had a great time. Beautiful cozy cabin in nice quiet area, not a far drive to Sunrise Resort where we spent our days skiing and snowboarding. We cooked most nights, very nice kitchen appliances and fully stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t use the wood stove as the cabin was nice and warm with central heating. Host warned us about roads not always being plowed, he kept in touch making sure we didn’t get snowed in. Overall great experience, comfortable for us and our dog.

Beautiful secluded cabin!
I’m glad I found this cabin. It was just what I needed and what we were looking for to celebrate my wife’s bday and to find peace/quiet. The ONLY thing I can say about it, is that the internet is very slow. If you work “at home” and rely on WiFi/cell service….you’ll be needing to go to the Starbucks down the road. Regardless, I will be returning to this cabin in the near future.

Cozy and Comfortable in Great Location!
This cabin was amazing! We felt like we were in the middle of the forest, but it’s actually not far from town. We brought two dogs and a parrot, who loved the view from the lower level bedroom’s window seat. The dogs tired themselves out playing in the huge yard and trying to flush out chipmunks from under the deck. The cabin was decorated beautifully and had lots of special touches. The information binder and labeling of drawers/cabinets were really thoughtful. I especially loved the high ceilings in the second floor bathroom and the wood stove. We’ve stayed in three different cabins in the Pinetop area and this was the best due to the location, layout, amenities and pet friendliness. We loved it (dogs and parrot did too) and we hope to come back!

Great location and property!
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with 2 dogs. We absolutely loved this place. It is by far the nicest place I have rented - the property lived up to the photos and description. The location is great - it faces the forest, where we saw horses a few times, and the roads are perfect for walking dogs or jogging. The back yard is lovely. The fence around it is securely done for dogs. Unless you have a jumper or climber, they won't be getting out of this yard. The dogs loved exploring all the smells in the yard. House is so nice and comfortable to hang out in. Convenient location to town as well. We will definitely stay again!
