"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"The Gallery in the Garden is a beautiful family run hotel living up to its name as it has its own private swimming pool in a secluded garden full of plumb, apple, pear, fig and peach trees. "Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "
