"The buildings are quite dispersed and the walkways are uneven making it difficult to walk around the property. Also, the interior of the room also has uneven little steps in and out of the bathroom, a big tripped hazard. Breakfast selections were ok. The hot foods never seems to be served hot, Luke warm at best. The staff was definitely kind, cheerful and helpful. "

"This is a lovely relaxing place to stay on Koh Samui. At a price. Beach access is great and you are only a 30minute stroll down the beach to the hustle and bustle of Lamai Town (or 5 mins in a taxi). The food was average but there are many much better options close by at a fraction of the price. We stayed in a pool access room and having seen other rooms we felt we had made the right choice.,"

Such a shame that the pool was out of order but Mr Sam and staff offered a free light breakfast daily and transport to beach if required.Great room with comfy bed and even a bath! Location is great as you can still walk to the beach. Always a smile from everyone and the grounds were kept immaculate."
