"Overall a great stay! Host was responsive and very kind. Beautiful updates to kitchen. Generally clean, however fairly dusty especially in certain areas. Water pressure was only enough for 1 shower to be running (or only the washing machine, etc). Not a problem for our group but certainly a negative the more people staying. We enjoyed the quiet country atmosphere and having plenty of beds and bedrooms.The event barn on the property is also amazing and unique!"

"They stay was nice and has easy access to stores and restaurants in the area many within 30 minutes. Having the park and trail right behind the house is a bonus. Utilities worked just fine in the house and check-in and out is very simple. Only thing I would add would be a small A/C unit into the downstairs bedroom as we had a day where the high was in the low 90's and even leaving the door open to try and help cool down the room was still quite warm. "

"This is the first time the pictures and the place are spot on and match. Jenny was very communicative and helpful. We didn't have any issues at all. Very nice property and well maintained. We are marking it as a favorite and plan to rent this property again if available next year same time."

"Check-in process was pretty seamless, but the cleanliness of the property looks nothing like what was listed… upon arrival we soon noticed the outside of the property was significantly dirty and unkept. Upon entering the unit we noticed the carpet was filthy, couch covers were stained, doors had holes in them. Deodorant bottle in front entrance window, fly infestation we killed about 15 and there were still flies in the house..The bathroom had a used wash cloth in the bathtub, what appeared to...

"Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good...

"Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great."
