"Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

"We loved our stay at Claude & Silvie's property. The photos don't do the house justice. Views from the pool are spectacular and the interior is very clean with a lovely bathroom/shower. The kitchen is well equipped, we hosted a dinner one evening for 15 people and had more than enough plates, cutlery etc for everyone. This house is about a 8 min drive from Apt up into the hills. "Our second time at Xavier's house. The niggles from last year have mostly been addressed, except the fan in the bathroom. A very pleasant 2 weeks with glorious sunshine throughout. The dogs remembered the villa straight away and were very settled in the garden. Although we had neighbours in the front house this time, parking for a car each was not a problem. Able to visit all of our old haunts in western Provence, and a few new ones. We will be back again - maybe not next year - but soon."

"Lovely week in the beautiful Luberon staying in this small but charming functional house. Nice and clean, everything worked as intended although we didn’t venture into the pool. The bed in the lounge worked ok as a sofa but a sofa bed would be more comfortable. Nice and quiet in a rustic location with lovely views to the countryside beyond…"
