"Very sketchy building, occupants, and surroundings. Watched a brawl break out about 10 minutes after arrival. Clerk required assistance finding my booking. Room floor needed cleaning which I did myself, before moving in for the night. I borrowed a broom from one of the long term residents, of which there are many, because clerk couldn’t find any cleaning supplies. No a/c on an 80 degree day - room is like an oven.
