"The property was well-equipped with kitchenware and utensils. Could not find a fault with the property at all. Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. If we are to come back to Salzburg, will definitely consider staying again. "

"I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"

This was my last stop on a week long trip, and it was great to stay somewhere so quiet after being in city centre hotels for the rest of the time. "It was so homey and warm! The house was in wonderful condition and felt very welcoming! The fully stocked kitchen made the stay really easy because we could cater for ourselves, and with the shops just a few hundred meters down the road it was perfect! The view of the mountains in the morning took out breathe away every morning! We would 10000% recommend this place to anyone going to visit Salzburg!"

"There are not a lot of dining options or grocery in walking distance from this place. But it was nice to stay in the neighborhood off of the commercialized landscapes. With some planning, you can have a nice oasis while on your European vacation."

"Stayed here for 4 nights just before Christmas. Convenient check in with the use of our 4-digit PIN (sent to us on day of check in) to enter the building and our room. Our in-room safe wasn't working but messages with staff via Whatsapp had it sorted by the next morning. "I did not like that the check-in was all via a screen outside the main door in the cold weather with no human involved. This was especially cumbersome bc we had to go thru their process with 2 rooms. On a positive note, I would recommend buying the Salzburg card from the front desk— well worth the p euros. Ask about their restaurant. I didn’t even know they had one until our last day—another reason that a reception desk is needed rather than a screen check in. By exploring, we found laundry in the basement. However, there is no warning that if you don’t get your clothes out of the washer in time upon completion, the washer locks and you have to start over! Beds were comfortable. Appreciated that the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. But it is not always the same bus coming back so be careful you get on the right one. Very safe neighborhood to walk in. Parking was underground for 20 euros per night. Shower was hot with consistent pressure. Small fridge in room. "

Smart, well-maintained hotel

"Smart, well-maintained hotel within easy walking distance of the Altstadt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The ‘Keller’ and Skybar/restaurants offered different but equally pleasing atmospheres and the food in both was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable."

"Amazing hotel if you need to be close to the regional train station, literally 2 min walk. New and very cute place, the service is great, they let us hang out in the lobby even past our check out, as we booked a late train and everything was pretty much closed for Christmas at 1 pm. Highly recommend!"
