Charming property with very helpful front desk staff. 24-hour front desk staff was nice for our late check-in. Our room was pretty and comfortable and had a small back porch thar allowed us quick access to the parking lot. We stayed there for our trip to Sight and Sound Theater and wished we had another day at the hotel, because we didn't get to enjoy the amenities for more than one short night.

I have stayed here before and loved it. This time the room was completely different. It was old. No where near as nice as before. The room was small. It also had an exterior door in the room and did not feel that safe. Feeling safe in a hotel is very important and with two women staying it is important for it to be safe.

This property is a great place to stay when visiting the Lancaster area. The rooms are nicely appointed with all amenities that one would expect. The location is also perfect. Our only issue was the TV did not work.
