Hotel is under construction. Only one elevator was working, and we were at the opposite end of the hotel, near the construction. Will be nice when it is done. But didn’t appreciate my husband having to either walk stairs, or hike on his bad feet to the other end of the hotel to catch an elevator. All handicap rooms should be near an elevator.

The room had smelled musty in the kitchen/living room area. The bedroom was fine. I loved having a good sized refrigerator. The bathroom vanity needed to be touched up because some of the paint had chipped off. Beds were nice.

Staff was amazing, however, room was not in the best condition. Door was falling off in the kitchen, microwave light did not work and room was missing the room number name plate. Horrible experience staying at this hotel, On 8/3/24 my girlfriend and son took a shower and were both burned with scorching hot water! The room that we were booked with shower did not work. We contacted front desk at 8am regarding this issue and maintenance didn’t show up until 1:30pm. Apparently they went to buy the part for the shower for 5 hours, which was confusing because they never even showed up to the room to even identify what the issue was. We had an event to go to that we were late for. I had contract front desk multiple times to be exchanged to a different room. Horrible communication with the front desk, they did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend staying
