This cape was originally built in 1950, but was just completely renovated down to the studs! It is across the street from the Connecticut River and centrally located to area attractions:

SNOWMOBILE AND ATV RENTALS available at MOMS North Country Power Sports (located less than 5 miles from the house).

There are snowmobile trails across the street from the property. Before booking to ride the snowmobile trails, please check the most up to date trail conditions for Coos county. Short ride to ATV Trails. Please ride responsibly. Smart TV in both the living room and master bedroom. High Speed Internet. Great cell phone reception. Guests may bring up to two dogs for a $50 pet fee. (If booking on Expedia, let owner know if you are bringing dogs so that we can apply the pet fee to your reservation).

The brand new deck off the side of the house boasts a sitting area with scenic views. It has a gas grill, private hot tub and patio set (patio set is out seasonally). It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

Guests have access to the entire house via keypad lock. Plenty of room in the driveway for multiples cars and trailers as well.

The main floor includes a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. The loft upstairs includes 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. Plenty of room for the whole family!

There is a camera outside the property on the garage facing the driveway.

The garage is available for guest use, upon request. Please contact the host if needed.

There is a private hot tub located on the brand new deck for guest use (open year round).
