Nice hotel. They were remodeling and the chemical smells were very strong. We were moved to a unit that had not been remodeled yet away from the consruction...which was fine. TV didn't worked. They fixed quickly. No towels in bathroom. Management was quick to fix all complaints.

I have stayed here before and it was nice but this time it was not it was a lot of noise from 8 am until about 6pm i didn't know they were doing construction on the hotel couldn't sleep in the noise was loud couldn't even watch TV I was not happy staying there this time

Perfect for my needs
This place is consistently perfect! I've stayed here multiple times, because I have regular business in Lancaster. Centrally located, clean and comfortable, I really can't think of anything negative to say. I don’t know how "eco friendly" they are, since nothing is marked that way, so 3 out of 5 stars on this. Everything else is 5 of 5 across the board.

Caution: vehicle thefts abound
Was a quick overnighter on route to the Bay Area. Wish we’d never stopped! In the middle of the night our truck was stolen from hotel parking lot (right outside our window) leaving us stranded. According to police, desk clerk and people that we’ve spoken with since…Lancaster is a hot bed for vehicle thefts. Don’t do it!
