This beautifully appointed property sits high on a hill overlooking Lancelin’s main park from the deck and BBQ area, with 360 degree views of the bay and surrounding dunes from the upper viewing deck. A large enclosed yard surrounds the Sail House so there is plenty of room for boats, trailers, bicycles and extra vehicles. The owners have thought of everything and had guest comfort in mind right down to the Wi-Fi connection.

The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great service. We have been saying at the sail house for over 10 years and consider it our home away from home. The house was very clean upon arrival and was stocked with the essentials which we happily replace before we leave. Just knowing that things like oil and salt and paper towel will be there is great so you don’t have to rush to the shops when you arrive. The only minor point of feed back is the light over the bbq was not working but we managed ok. The lock box system was great too and meant we could leave the key in a safe place when we went out for the day. Another great holiday and we will of course be back!
