Wanting to slip away with your loved one for a quick coastal getaway without all the fuss?.

This small, bright and newly renovated holiday unit is situated in the heart of Lancelin therefore only a short stroll to Lancelin Bay, jetty, local shops, cafes and more.
Lancelin’s famous Endeavour Tavern is right across the road where you can enjoy a meal and cool beverage all while taking in the beautiful views of the bay. Perfect spot to watch the sun go down. Lancelin Beach Hotel is also only a short stroll away.
Situated at the rear of the complex. You will enter through the sliding door which leads you into a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Stemming off from the living area is one bedroom which can sleep up to 5 and a bathroom which includes a bath and laundry facilities.

Bedding configuration includes 1 x tri bunk (double and single beds) and 1 x bunk (2 single bed).

There is a small area to the front if you wish to sit and enjoy the morning sun or afternoon beverage.
Plenty of parking if you do need to park a caravan or boat.
Nothing to do but relax.
NOTE: NO TV OR WIFI.

This property strictly sleeps 5 people. Sorry no pets.

Check -in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels. - Linen hire available on request.

Porta cot and high chair available on request.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.
