" Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. "It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "Right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient. The view of the city and water is stunning from the front of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and kind, and called us to follow up once we got to our room to check if we needed anything. The room was remarkable. "My stay was very comfortable. I was very positively surprised by the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. Bedroom comes with towels and bathrobes. Bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and hand soup + lotion, hairdryer etc. I was amazed by the kitchen as well. They have drinks on tap, coffee, tea, ability to heat food, cutlery and plates. "Stayed in a higher level room with a view of the canal. Happy with the room and the hotel is very near to the centre of Rotterdam and public transport (trams, trains, buses). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively simple and the same every day, but there's something for everyone. The restaurant is very nice and does evening meals, though we only ate breakfast there. I would happily stay at the H2Otel again."
