"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "Beach Haven is a lovely property in a quiet area about 10 minutes from Porthmeor beach (NB it takes longer to walk back as it's up a steep hill). Arrived to find a cream tea and milk in the fridge. Had a wonderful time. Thank you."

"Brilliant location, 30 seconds from the front door of the cottage and your in the heart of the town, used the parking at the leisure Centre for 7 day stay, cost £26 plus, you have to pre book, with the car park/ cornwall. You have everything you need in the cottagecouncil"
