"Thoroughly enjoyed every second at Sid’s Place. We had my wife’s son and his wife and three young children stay with us for 2 nights and we all had plenty of room to move. The kids loved the backyard. We felt very at home there. Being so close to Mt Coolum was incredible. The beach a very short drive away and you cannot beat Curly’s or the Mt Coolum golf club for meals. Excellent IGA within walking distance which was a huge bonus. Looking forward to next time. "

"We loved staying here (two couples, two dogs). The house is so cute and spread out enough to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. It is perfectly located only a few minutes walk to the beach as well as a cafe and delicious sea food restaurant - which were both dog friendly! The host, Emma, was so kind and quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay again next time we want a beach holiday with the fur babies. "

"We had a group of 20 mums from all over Australia meet and stay at Ninderry Manor for a weekend. Ninderry Manor was the perfect size to fit our group in comfortably. We enjoyed visits from the resident kangaroos each day. The pool and 2 x spas added to a relaxing weekend, with something for everybody. Would highly recommend this property for larger groups. "

"Plenty of room for a large family. For both sleepong, relaxing in lounges room and a nice pool. Close enough to walk to tooway inlet, dicky beach surf club. Definitely be back. "

"We absolutely LOVED our stay! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect house for our elopement lunch and first night as a married couple. What an incredible view – watching the sun rise over the ocean in the morning to watching the sun set over the mountains from the same balcony. Mel was a great host – not only providing such a personalised touch with suggestions for the area, but having everything possible in the house. We’re so grateful we chose Mel’s house for the most wonderful memories!...

"Natalie’s home is comfy and welcoming . We enjoyed the very homely feel and settled in easily. Natalie’s communication with us throughout the booking process was exceptional. We enjoyed a visit to Australia Zoo and visiting the beaches and Eumundi markets . We travelled with teenage kids , who enjoyed the myriad of games in the house! We found Natalie’s home a very economical option for us with a well set up kitchen and local shops for grocery etc very convenient. I’m sure we’ll be back...

"Traveling from the USA, we wanted to have a beach holiday with our son who lives in Brisbane. I found this house online, and thought it sounded great. Let me tell you- we were not a bit disappointed. It’s a lovely home, very close to the beach, coffee shops, and shopping. The house is immaculate and well appointed, the beds are comfie, the showers are wonderful. I could go on.. Suffice it to say we’ll be back! Thanks Hue!"

"Overall we had a fab stay at Mt Mellum. Due to being winter, we couldn’t use the pool but we enjoyed the handy location to everything and the beautiful views from the house. There were a few issues that didn’t really affect our stay, however our property manager Isaac was very attentive and attended to all queries and issues swiftly. Had a great time thanks!"

"This is such a fantastic holiday house. Quiet location within a 10 minute walk to everything, beach, coles, cafe's, surfclub. The kids loved being on the canal, loveing the easy access for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding."

"We are a family of 10. The house accommodated us all. There is lots to do with the kayaks, the billiard table and the media room being the favourites. We all had a great time."

"Location was great as a base for daily excursions. Restaurant menu was good and food excellent. Perhaps the WiFi signal can be boosted as we were there for work and pleasure. Great facilities to keep the kids entertained. "
