"No check in data at 18.00! Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Funny experience."

Once we arrived, we could not get into the apartment to see if it was as described, so I can't say if it is. The lockbox would not open, and they did not reply to my message saying we couldn't get in until the next morning.
