First. The lighting is horrible , the toilet tank does not stop flowing water makes it very eerie . So we checked out in the night (we checked in at 6pm , checked out at 8pm)and stayed in another hotel which is much better. And the receptionist promised to have someone call me the next day but all nonsense .

Staff was not friendly during check-in time and answer not properly when i'm asking question!

rundown hotel and room. Old yellowish towels. yellowish pillow case, pillows very.old, yellowish and with stains. asked help to change for better pillow answer given by the staff "all the same and if u want you can go and buy new pillow. the next morning unable to call reception counter frm the room came down all the way, asked for a bottle of drinking water but the staff told me housekeeping staff not here yet, later when they clean the drink will give it to you. The storage room that keeping the water are actually less than 10 steps away frm the reception counter. but she is lazy to get the key, open amd get the water for her guest. poor service.
the hotel and room are old. pillows casing yellowish colour, the worst is the pillows all with stains, so disgusting (horrible) and very old, yellowish towels. asked help to change the pillows one of the staff said "all pillow the same, if you want better pillow go and buy". called the reception can't get through went down all the way to reception counter just askee for a bottle of drinking water, was told that housekeeping staff not here yet, will give it to u when the staff clean the room. their storage room that keeps the water is only less than 10 steps away frm the counter but the staff is so lazy to get the key, open the door and get for the guest. hotel but no hospitality service. will never go back anymore.

The water heater not working and the ironing board has worn out. Just to stay there 1 or 2 night should be OK.
Completely not worth your money. Super dirty room and flickering lights. Environment not conducive

Okay and simple.
It was ok but the cable TV only have few channels. The room was clean. Toilet ok too. It will be better if they can put water boiler in room so we can so out own coffee and tea.

The property no seen as the photos shows as glowing as, the place need a rehabilitation not just shine paint, room lights need to be fixed , only on light is running, no elevator is a issue a least lift for bags or service man how would help on carry the bags to flower 1 or 2
It was bad experience for me which let me leave the hotel and 1 night money, where I find different hotel less that this price with better facilities.
Noisy area, the room amenities are.not properly maintained. The actual blows so noisy. The curtain not providing shade for the room. Smell not good. Would not recommend to other. Luckily I did stay.for only one day and change to other hotel with near price.
toilet problem...air cond leaking..bad experience since the room i got not as per booking..basically..the conditions not as per appear in the promo picture..
We were accidentally booked this hotel because it looks very good in the website and not far from Kuah Jetty but when we got in to the room It was extremely different from the website.
The room was very old, dirty, bed sheet getting yellow, humidity smell from wardrobe.
Unfortunately, we accidentally break the key and we had only try to explain because it was unexpected situation. We understand If there was a charged but it was a crazy thing that who want to break the room key!?
The reception staffs were very dissapointed and being rude. One reception talked to us like we were stupid guest and always point her finger to our face.
Finally, we paid 20MYR for the key without apologize after being rude.
Btw, the housekeeping guy is very helpful and kindness. Thank you so much.
We won't recommend to stay here because of the manner of staff not the hotel.

Nice hotel near to Kuah
If you like to save time for shopping then this hotel is good place to stay. It is near to shopping attraction and near to Kuah jetty.
Llegamos a Langkawi en ferry, el hotel esta a unos 20 caminando desde el muelle, se puede tomar taxi o alquilar una moto apenas bajas del barco.
Al llegar nos dijeron que debiamos esperar una hora para el check in, lo que no me puso muy feliz después de un día de viaje, pedí amablemente que nos dejaran ingresar si la habitación estaba lista y accedieron.
Habiamos reservado una habitación para no fumadores y querían darnos una sin ventana....finalmente nos dieron una en el primer piso, por escalera y al frente. La calle es muy ruidosa lo que hace difícil el descanso.
Las habitaciones estan algo deterioradas, no esperen encontrarse el blanco que ven en las fotos, el baño no esta mal y la cama es cómoda.
Si quieren estar cerca de la playa no es una buena opción, esta lejos de la zona y de las principales atracciones.
El personal es amable.

Reasonable rate for a few nights stay
