The house is great, and we had a very warm welcome. Cooking a meal together every night, making a fire to roast some marshmellows, nice kitchen, and lovely fire in the living. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped and in a wonderful location with spectacular views across the valley of Grenoble and the surrounding mountains. It had the benefit of being both quiet with an isolated feel and no properties overlooking it, thanks to an excellent position and large garden, but also felt connected to local life with the attractive village of St Martin d’Huriage nearby. "Judith and Eric's chalet is perfect for a large family or like us, two smaller families sharing. The open plan living space on the first floor is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the stunning view. The chalet is located on a quiet residential street, a short walk (5-10 mins) from the centre of Chamrousse 1750 and all the amenities / ski lifts / ski school.
