We actually came in after being displaced. The owner, Dean, was prompt in every reply or question we had, and had no issues at all with us bringing odder pets than cats and dogs. (A small parrot breed and a reptile terrarium.) Saved us from having to spend some serious money on a place to house them, and the emotional health of the bird that would've been a high cost to us too...The place is clean, functional, and exactly as listed on the site. It's so well cleaned that my rather sensitive allergies to cat dander wasn't triggered a bit! Dean has it set up so that we can take the garbage and recycle to the roadside ourselves or simply notify him for cleaning to take care of it.Communication is spot on. Clear, succinct, polite, and prompt. This was a huge relief to have when everything else was chaos. Dean even helped us set up weekly payments for the stay when our income wasn't as regular. The only complaints we could possibly have is that the beds were firmer than our preferences, the bathroom has a window to crack instead of a fan, and that there wasn't a baking pan for making brownies! Really can't complain here considering the quality and resources provided. On site laundry machines, huge beds to cuddle up on or just spread out and chill, electric stovetop so it's safe for people with oxygen tanks (not regarding the ovens,) ample closet space, full control on the thermostat... plus the accommodation for the unusual pets and long stay. Thank you again, Dean.
