We’ve been in many hotels and the staff here was one of the top service staff we’ve ever encountered. 5 stars don’t give it justice. I give them 20 stars… and the place itself was outstanding as well.

This place is a war zone
Terrible manager did not provide promised first night compensation for bedbug infestation in first room first looked at the pool was closed the entire time restroom's under total demolitions torn up kitchen full of contractor tools a supply. No breakfast or coffee the first day.mo hot food until last day.

Really loved the suite set up. It had everything - stove, refrigerator, dishwasher washing tab, dish cloths, dish soap, dishes. The desk was a great space to work at plus the couch seating. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom set up was great - decent counter space at the sink, extra towels, and a shower toilet was behind the closed door so one person could shower or use the restroom while the sink was still accessible. It also had a nice little closet. My only request would be to add a suitcase stand so I could have it up off the floor. I also loved that I could have DoorDash delivered directly to my room. Loved my stay here. Will definitely be back.

Manager and staff were awesome,Tony was really helpful. Travelled for business and my wife stayed onsite while i was at the plant. Staff were very helpful to her, as well as having the table/kitchenette was very nice.
