"Absolute joke. Was told via email that they couldn’t accommodate us, so they booked us in to a chalet 5 miles away. The owners of the chalet were not expecting us, didn’t speak any English. Showed us our room, very basic, no heating, had to ask for glasses for a drink. Had a very long cold night. Will be contacting Expedia for a refund and compensation, got a long day today with not a lot of sleep. The worst night away of my life."

"We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. "I cannot adequately put into words the perfection that was our stay here. Barbara and her family are the most genuine, kind people, and you can tell they love what they do; Barbara has spared no detail in every room of the apartment, from flower petals in the ice cubes (!) to flowers, candies, and handwritten notes throughout the house.
