Superb architect-designed villa in Fontainebleau -1h from Paris

Large comfortable villa in a charming setting in the countryside: ideal for a stay with friends or family, not overlooked, with terrace overlooking the forest: 4 bedrooms and 1 dormitory, all with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room 40 m2 (table 10 people + extension), kitchen 20 m2 (table 8 people), lounge-library 40 m2, fireplaces.
16 beds + 1 sofa bed in the library (+ 2 cots).
Evenings are accepted only within the limit of the number of people having booked. Any nighttime noise is forbidden in the garden after 22h.
Sheets and towels extra, on request: 12E / bed and + 3E / person.
Pets allowed only in the common rooms (living room, kitchen), subject to being reported at the time of your reservation, with supplement to pay on the spot: 10 E / we and 30E / week.
Deposit (check or cash for foreign travelers): 1400 euros.
Outside: Garden tables and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, hammocks, ping pong table.
In the village: Free football fields, tennis, volleyball and petanque.
Parking 3-4 cars inside the property.

Rien à signaler durant le séjour, la maison est très agréable. Nous avons malencontreusement cassé un vase (made in China) et la propriétaire est devenue totalement infecte et agressive, essayant de nous faire croire qu'il s'agissait d'un objet de valeur unique ("chiné dans un petite boutique de province") et nous forçant à le rembourser au dessus de sa valeur manifeste. Expérience très désagréable. Je ne recommande pas cette maison

Superbe weekend !
J'avais réservé la maison pour le weekend de mes 30 ans et nous avons passé un super séjour, nous étions tous ravis. La maison est superbe et très bien équipée (cuisine, tout pour de grandes tablées, jeux...). Elle est composée de pleins d'espaces différents qui nous on permis de ne jamais avoir le sentiment d'être les uns sur les autres. Et détail important la literie est de très bonne qualité ! Caroline était en vacances mais la remise des clés a pu se faire de manière très fluide. Caroline est joignable facilement ce qui rend l'arrivée dans la location sereine. Je recommande vivement !

Super séjour au vert dans la magnifique maison de Caroline. Le jardin est très sympa pour jouer au molky, volley, Ping Pong, les départs en rando juste à côté très sympa, la terrasse ensoleillé pour l’apéro est idéale et la maison très agréable à vivre pour un groupe. Vakantiewoning wordt verhuurd voor 16 personen maar is hier qua voorzieningen niet op berekend. Erg kleine keuken, nergens zitplaatsen voor16 personen tegelijk. Alle kasten en lades , tuin en omgeving vol met privé-spullen zodat je je eigen spullen nergens kunt opruimen en je alles op de grond moet zetten/laten. Inrichting past bij huis maar is erg verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Veel kapot, slecht sluitend, enz. Bij aankomst was het huis slecht schoongemaakt.

Maison magnifique, très grande, lumineuse, spacieuse. L'équipement est parfait, le rapport qualité/prix également. nous avons passé un Week end super, juste un bémol sur le fait de laisser des objets de collection dans la maison, notamment le cheval à bascule etc... qui font que lorsque l'on vient avec les enfants, il y a bcp de choses trop tentantes pour eux. De plus, il y surement un pb avec l'évacuation de la douche d'une des salle de bain (celle coté chambre dortoir)

Un havre de paix et une atmosphère hors du temps dans un environnement exceptionnel
À l occasion de la naissance de ma fille, j ai rassemblé famille et amis dans cette ravissante propriété de famille décorée et pensée avec beaucoup de goût. L endroit a grandement séduit petits et grands. La terrasse et la pergola étaient parfaites pour profiter du beau temps, avec une vue splendide sur le parc arboré. Les chambres sont très agréables car elles gardent la fraîcheur la journée et sont joliment décorées et les nombreux salons et salle à manger offrent un bel espace et une jolie perpective avec leurs grandes baies vitrées ouvertes sur la nature...un vrai enchantement ! Enfin, la propriétaire a beaucoup voyagé et les pièces sélectionnées sont très belles et valorisent la maison incontestablement ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu unique pour fêter un événement familial, se ressourcer au calme, avec une forêt magnifique toute proche et de nombreuses activités (canoë, balade à cheval, marche en forêt entre autres).
