"It was a great property for our first trip to Paris. Luckily, it was near the tram station and metro and it honestly didn’t take long to get into Paris. Not even an hour. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also, our room was really great for the value of how much we spent. Clean and comfortable. "

"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "

But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available. "

I've been there 3-4 times as is convenient for me: direct on RER B to Paris and to CDG airport, nearby my company, I can eat in the room (thanks to nearby supermarket and small kitchen in the room) if too tired to eat out. Overall is a good business hotel and I recommend if you need to stay in the area."

"Good apartment, very spacious, extremely convenient for family of four. Staff were friendly, and helped as much as they could with the questions we asked. Stay, breakfast, price of hotel and level of service are as expected from this rating of an apartment. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day (please note you have to inform them a day before). Paris central is 40mins train ride. All good."

"My second time staying at this hotel. I rent a car in Paris, so this is my favorite hotel. Located right next to a nice forest, close to a beautiful public garden, very close to a mall with plenty of food options at food court. Very clean, and friendly, helpful staff. Easy, free parking. Even the drive in to the city centre is along the seine river, very scenic."
