"This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up...

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"The hotel is OK for a one night stay in order to take the ferry next day. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable enough. Unfortunately it is right next to an oil refinery which polutes the atmosphere. On a very warm night we were unable to leave the window open because of this."
