"The July was absolutely lovely. I have OCD and will only stay where the place feels clean. The bathroom was spotless, the bed and bedding was clean (and comfortable - I slept like a baby) The staff were super friendly and gave us some really lovely restaurants to go and try (we’re foodies!!) and any bits missing from the room, they sorted in less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk. I could literally have stayed for another two weeks there to be honest and I’m hoping to come back asap...

We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. "Carice was wonderful, she did the check in, helped us with the luggage and did the checkout for us. She always helped and guided us with a smile. The staff here is top notch. The breakfast is amazing. I will definitely come back to this hotel!"

Outstanding place

"I knew I'd picked the right place after doing tons of research and reading reviews. But even so, from the moment I got there, the service was amazing! The staff were so polite and helpful, letting us leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. The room was great, had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy – I usually have trouble sleeping in different beds, but I slept like a log! Couldn't hear a peep from other guests. Plus, they have a rooftop for drinks and smoking. There's a gym and sauna you can use for extra, plus they do these awesome upgradepackages – e.g. birthday: cake, balloons, Prosecco, etc – all waiting for you in your room. It's a nice surprise you can add on."
