We choose our hotel by the way the pool and hot tub look. We’re swimmers. They should make it readily known if their pool and hot tub are under-going remodeling. Really upset to show up and find the pool area all closed down without any heads up, especially at $200 a night.

Our bathroom was dirty, our bedroom was extremely noisy, I’m not sure what it was?! Air condition? No? Fan? Just noisy. Coffee was old and he didn’t make new one when we checked in & in the morning the coffee was not hot! I told them, they didn’t care. The night before we stayed at Hampton in San Antonio, which was $30 less expensive & everything was great. Service, staff. But the one in las cruses was horrible experience. I don’t think they care . I like to dispute with my bank!!!!! It was so horrible!

Good stop for a tired traveler. The only thing I would have to say negative is the humidity levels in the room. Sheets felt damp to the touch and rooms are adjusted by old single wall units

Oasis in Las Cruces/Mesilla
After a long, tiring drive from Austin, I was thankful to be off the road. Traveling alone, I had booked no reservation being unsure where I would need to stop. The Hampton was more an Oasis than a motel. I was met at reception by a most cordial and competent woman, Anna. She had me quickly checked-in and on my way. The room was cool, clean and quiet. Thank you Hampton Inns.
