"This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "

"The property was very dirty, the bathroom had no soap, the shower stalls had mold, it looks like they barely cleaned it. The door knob fell off. The AC didn't work, the property is on a very very busy loud street. Since the AC did not work, I had to leave the windows open at night. Stay away from this place, it felt like prison compound. "

Kitchen is small but equipped well enough for cooking, shower is great, terrace is great for eating and sunbathing, and it even has a washing machine.
