"This is a tastefully decorated nice hotel right near downtown Mancora. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms have basic items but everything you need for a comfortable stay and a small balcony or porch, tv doesnt have many options but you don’t need it. What makes the hotel really nice though is the staff. They are so friendly and attentive to make sure you are comfortable. "

"The property was in poor condition but the people and the service was great. It should be understood that it is difficult for non Spanish speakers at this hotel, and misunderstandings can arise if the sole means of communication is via translator apps. I enjoyed the stay, and the people went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable"
