Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, this villa will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

Seven rooms, all with air conditioning and sea views, seven private bathrooms, a guest bathroom near the kitchen.

Two large covered dining areas, barbecue, grill, fridge with unlimited cold water and ice, dishwasher, everything is provided for your comfort.

A breakfast service is included in the rate. We usually send someone to cover that part.

If you need someone to cook for you, anything beyond breakfast, let us know because this service comes at an extra cost. We will put you in touch with the team of chefs we work with, and you can coordinate the price and other details for the additional service. Dominican cuisine.

The villa offers large volumes conducive to relaxation; the spaces are designed for everyone to unwind at their own pace. Several terraces are at your disposal, all with sea views.

A gas plant automatically takes over when the electricity in the village is cut, so you won't experience a sudden power outage during your stay.

For security reasons, an employee sleeps in the external bungalow to do some night rounds. Additionally, they handle the operation of the plant, along with pool maintenance.

IMPORTANT -
Access to the villa is not dangerous; it's just necessary to have a good SUV or 4*4 vehicle, preferably in case of rain.
Once there, ample parking allows you to park 4 vehicles sheltered from the sun and rain; a fifth can be placed at the parking entrance. U-turns are possible with a reverse gear platform provided for this purpose.

Included in the rental fee: Wifi internet, cleaning upon entry and exit, and depending on the number of nights rented during the stay. Bedding change once a week for stays of 8 nights. Dominican breakfast. A washing machine is available for your personal bedding. Pool and garden maintenance. The villa's operational electricity is not your responsibility.

Not included: Your electricity consumption related to the use of air conditioning in the rooms. A separate meter is connected to the air conditioners; we take a photo of this meter in your presence upon arrival and departure. You will only be billed for your consumption in kilowatts at the current rate in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure; plan ahead. The price per kilowatt is 15 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal; in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for the change.

We also inform you that an inventory will be taken upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when leaving, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick check of clothing, dishes, and all the electrical equipment in the house. The goal is to leave the property in the same condition you found it, for the comfort and well-being of all subsequent tenants. Any lost or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We ensure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for everyone's comfort and well-being.

Leaving the village towards Sanchez, follow the RD-7 for about 2 kilometers. On the right first the La Jagua road, go to the end of the road, cross the small bridge over the rio and start your ascent to paradise.

This person can send you a map with the geolocation of the property. You will be able to come directly to the house. If you are lost, you just call our employee he will help you and lead you to the house.
